Enterprise Agreement to CSP

Leaving an Enterprise Agreement? Settle the dates first.

An Enterprise Agreement is a multi-year commitment through a Licensing Solution Provider or Microsoft. CSP subscriptions are bought per product and term. Moving between them is a planned transition, not a transfer, and it is worth starting well before the agreement date.

Questions to answer

What the plan needs before anything moves.

  1. 1

    Dates

When the agreement and each enrolment end, and what notice they need.

  2. 2

    Workloads

Which products are on the agreement, by user group, and which would move.

  3. 3

    Terms

Which monthly, annual or three-year terms suit each group under NCE.

  4. 4

    Azure

How Azure consumption, reservations and savings plans would be handled.

  5. 5

    Sequence

What moves first, and what stays until the agreement date.

Not every case is the same.

Eligibility and transition routes depend on the agreement, the products and Microsoft's current programme rules, and change over time. MSP Hub reviews each case individually; this page does not promise eligibility, savings or unchanged terms.
