HubX launches.
The MSP Hub platform was redesigned and renamed HubX, powered by MSP Hub.
- New name and design: full portal redesign; light theme by default, dark theme via toggle.
- Top navigation: Home, Dashboards, Customers, Catalog, Quotations, Reports and Service Desk, with HubAI and customer search in the header.
- Feedback and help: a feedback form on every page, and page-level help.
